THE RIM

The Rim is located at one of South Dakota's most scenic and historic areas of the Black Hills. North West of Hot Springs off of Hwy 89.  Lots are 5-70 acres in size and virtually all of the lots in this Horse Community have a canyon view.  With 420 private acres, 160 acres of Bureau of Land Management and access to 7,000 acres of forest and private preserve.

Community road maintenance and primary power to lots.

Thousands of acres of both private and public land for riding. you can ride a different trail every day of the week.
