TATANKA SPIRIT

Tatanka Spirit is located south of Rapid City off of Hwy 79 near the town of Buffalo Gap. The has 2-5-10 acre lots with only 100 acre out of the 600 acres allowed to be developed. There is an additional 1,000 acres of conservation land adjoining this Horse Community.

The development has a community center with a lounge and store.  A condo horse barn is also available with hundreds of acres to ride on. 

There are paved roads, underground power and rural water.  There is even a Tipi available to camp in.
